This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, timeframes, costs, customs responsibilities, restrictions, and protocols for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments. By placing an order through our online store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated herein.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer international shipping to most countries around the world. Our logistics system is designed to efficiently manage global distribution from our fulfillment center in China.

1.1 Countries We Ship To We ship to North America, Europe, Australia, Asia, and selected countries in South America and the Middle East. A comprehensive list of countries is available during the checkout process. If your country does not appear, please contact our customer service team at hello@afbicycle.com.

1.2 Countries and Regions We Do Not Ship To We do not ship to the following regions due to international restrictions, war/conflict zones, or logistical constraints:

  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

  • North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Sudan, South Sudan, Crimea region

  • Any country or region under active sanctions by the United Nations or the Hong Kong SAR Government

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Options

We provide a variety of shipping options depending on your destination and urgency. These include Standard and Express services via trusted global carriers such as UPS, DHL, USPS, and local partners.

Note: Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and unforeseen courier delays.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in China or Hong Kong SAR.

  • Standard products (in-stock): 1–3 business days

  • Custom-painted products: 20–45 business days depending on design complexity

  • Orders placed during peak periods (e.g., Chinese New Year, Black Friday) may take longer to process

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our facility.

4. Customs Duties, VAT, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total.

  • All import-related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • We do not pre-pay customs duties unless explicitly stated during checkout.

  • Refusal to pay duties may result in return-to-sender, and the customer will bear related costs.

We recommend contacting your local customs authority for more detailed information on applicable taxes before placing your order.

5. Tracking and Order Visibility

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You may:

  • Click the tracking link in your email

  • Visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number manually

Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days after ordering, please contact us at hello@afbicycle.com.

6. Delays, Lost Shipments, and Delivery Failures

While we strive for timely delivery, the following factors may occasionally affect shipment timelines:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Customs inspection delays

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses

  • Courier logistical issues (e.g., rerouting, operational delays)

6.1 Late Deliveries If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe:

  • Check the tracking status

  • Contact the courier for real-time updates

  • Contact our team if further assistance is needed

6.2 Lost or Misdelivered Packages If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact the courier immediately to start an investigation

  • Notify us within 7 calendar days for support

6.3 Returned to Sender Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or customs refusal may incur reshipping fees. We are not responsible for return shipping or storage fees from courier depots.

7. Free Shipping Eligibility

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 USD to most eligible countries. Orders below that threshold will incur shipping fees as listed above. Free shipping promotions may be time-limited and subject to change.

8. Packaging and Insurance

All products are securely packaged to ensure safety during transit. Every shipment is fully insured until marked as delivered.

  • If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days with photo evidence

  • Insurance claims will be handled in collaboration with the courier

  • We will arrange replacement shipments for confirmed damage cases

9. Address Accuracy and Shipping Instructions

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes via Express service

  • Additional fees may apply for remote or non-standard delivery zones

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery failures and reshipping costs
