Warranty Policy

At Assisting Force, operated by CARBONDA SPORTS EQUIPMENT (HK) LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our"), we take pride in offering high-performance cycling products built with durability, precision, and premium craftsmanship. We stand behind the quality of our frames and components and offer a clear and fair warranty to support our customers worldwide.

1. Warranty Coverage

We provide a 5-year limited warranty on Assisting Force carbon frames and forks, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to structural defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.

1.1 Covered Products:

  • Carbon frames and forks manufactured by CARBONDA SPORTS EQUIPMENT (HK) LIMITED

1.2 Coverage Includes:

  • Manufacturing defects in carbon layup, joint integrity, or structure

  • Delamination, cracking, or failure due to faulty workmanship

  • Non-cosmetic issues that render the product unsafe or unusable under normal cycling conditions

1.3 Coverage Excludes:

  • Cosmetic wear and tear (e.g., paint chips, minor scratches)

  • Damage caused by improper installation or assembly

  • Damage due to accidents, crashes, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance

  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs

  • Wear and tear on consumable components (e.g., bearings, cables, pads, finishes)

2. Eligibility and Ownership

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice) is required to validate any claim. The warranty is valid only if the product is used under intended conditions (i.e., road, gravel, or MTB use as per product specifications).

3. Warranty Claim Procedure

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at hello@afbicycle.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim"

  2. Provide your original order number, date of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue

  3. Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect

Our warranty team will respond within 5 business days with an initial assessment. If necessary, we may request the item be returned for physical inspection.

Important: Do not attempt to repair or modify the product before contacting us, as this may void your warranty.

4. Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following options at our discretion:

  • Repair of the defective product

  • Replacement with the same or equivalent model

  • Store credit toward a future purchase (if the product is discontinued or unavailable)

Shipping costs for approved warranty replacements will be covered by us. If the product is not covered under warranty, we will offer a quote for repair or replacement at the customer's expense.

5. Limitations of Liability

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for:

  • Incidental or consequential damages

  • Personal injury, loss of use, or economic losses arising from product failure

  • Third-party service or repair fees

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the original product.

6. Additional Notes
  • Warranty is void if the serial number or identification label is removed or defaced

  • Claims for transportation damage should be made immediately upon delivery (see our Shipping Policy)
