1. About Assisting Force

Assisting Force is a premium cycling brand specializing in carbon fiber frames and performance parts, with a strong focus on customization and global shipping. It is owned and operated by:

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce infrastructure for processing orders, payments, and customer communications.

We sell directly to end customers worldwide, with international logistics operated from mainland China. Orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations depending on stock, paint customization, or regional logistics partnerships.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter binding agreements in your country of residence.

  2. You are purchasing for personal use, not for resale or commercial redistribution.

  3. If you are ordering on behalf of an organization, you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Products and Customization

3.1 Product Types

Assisting Force offers:

  • Standard Carbon Frames: Ready-to-ship frame models with preset geometry and colors.

  • Custom Paint Frames: Individually painted products based on customer-chosen color schemes, decals, or finishes.

  • Accessories & Components: Additional items that complement our frame systems.

3.2 Product Representations

We strive for accuracy in all product photos and specifications. However, slight variations in color and appearance may occur due to lighting, screen display, or hand-finishing processes, especially for custom-painted items.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices

  • All prices are listed currencies (USD)

  • Prices exclude import duties, VAT/GST, or local taxes unless otherwise noted.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery method.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice but are locked once your order is confirmed.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.

  • PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • Local Payment Gateways (e.g., Klarna – where available)

All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments or certified third-party gateways. We do not store your card information.

4.3 Payment Verification

We may contact you to verify order and payment details. Orders with mismatched shipping and billing addresses may require additional ID verification to prevent fraud.

5. Orders and Processing

5.1 Order Process

Your purchase is confirmed when:

  1. You select products and add them to the cart.

  2. You submit shipping, billing, and payment information.

  3. You click “Place Order” and receive an email confirmation.

5.2 Processing Time

  • Standard orders: 1–3 business days.

  • Custom paint orders: 20–45 business days depending on design complexity.
    Delays during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, promotional events) may apply.

5.3 Order Modification & Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.

  • Custom paint orders canceled after 48h or once production begins are subject to penalties (see Refund Policy).

  • Address changes must be requested before shipping. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses entered by customers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship globally from China.

  • Shipping options include Standard (DHL eCommerce, EMS) and Express (DHL Express, UPS).

  • Estimated delivery times and rates are shown during checkout.

Important Notes:

  • We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, sanctioned countries, or active conflict zones.

  • Customs clearance, holidays, or weather disruptions may affect delivery.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

7. Return, Replacement & Refund

Assisting Force does not accept product returns due to our international direct-shipping model. However, we offer free replacements for:

  • Products damaged in transit

  • Factory defects affecting functionality

Refunds are only eligible within 48 hours of order placement. Custom-painted products follow a separate cancellation structure based on production status.

8. Warranty and Liability

8.1 Warranty

We offer a 5-year limited warranty on our carbon frames, valid from the date of receipt. The warranty covers:

  • Non-human, structural failures

  • Frame-related defects in material or workmanship

Proof of purchase is required. See our [Warranty Policy] for how to file a claim.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Minor cosmetic deviations in painted finishes

  • Delays caused by customs or force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes)

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase value of the affected product.

9. Personal Data and Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
By ordering through the Site, you consent to our collection, storage, and use of your information for order fulfillment, customer service, and legal compliance.

10. Intellectual Property
